An AhSo is a tool used to open a bottle of wine, when a corkscrew may not do the job. It is often used for older bottles when the cork may crumble if tackled with a corkscrew.

AhSo is a restaurant with a strong focus on beverage pairings, especially wine. As Chef Jason is fond of saying:
"A wine that requires an Ah-so to remove the cork almost always means you’re about to drink some really good wine."
Ahso Restaurant is located in the Brambleton Town Center, in Brambleton, Virginia. We are on the corner to the right of the Fox Regal movie theater, next to Sweet Frog.

We have a small private room with a large chefs table that can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, 12 if you squeeze, and 14 if you sit on each others laps.....
We also have a semi-private space we call the Lounge, where we can do 16 guests seated or 20ish for standing hors d'oeuvres.
Finally, if you require a larger space, ask about Ahso Cellars, our wine bar/private space two doors down. There we can do up to 35 guests for seated events, and up to 50 for standing receptions.

Yes! Our food is prepared fresh and dishes are composed to order. Anything can be modified, and most of the menu is gluten-free by happenstance. There will always be vegetarian items on the menu, and most can be modified for a vegan diet.

Our space is approximately 3,200 square feet. There are roughly 65 seats in the main dining room and 10 at the bar and a communal table for 6. Additionally there is an 8-seat counter with a view of the kitchen, as well as a private room seating 12. Lastly we have a patio that can seat around 20, weather permitting.
