What the heck does Ahso mean?!

An AhSo is a tool used to open a bottle of wine, when a corkscrew may not do the job. It is often used for older bottles when the cork may crumble if tackled with a corkscrew. As Chef Jason is fond of saying: "A wine that requires an Ah-so to remove the cork almost always means you’re about to drink some really good wine."
Where is Ahso located?

AhSo Restaurant is located in the Brambleton Towncenter, in Brambleton, Virginia. We are in the space formerly occupied by Papa Tony's Trattoria, next to Sweet Frog. Our address is: 22855 Brambleton Plaza, #108 Brambleton, VA 20148 For a map of the area, click on Contact in the menu.
What hours/days are you open?

Monday - Friday Happy Hour 4:00pm - 6:00pm (patio & bar only) Dinner 5:00pm - 9:00pm Saturday & Sunday: Brunch 11:00am - 2:00pm Dinner 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Do you offer Private Dining?

We do have a small private room with a large chefs table that can accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably, 12 if you squeeze, and 14 if you sit on each others laps. Please fill out the inquiry form on the Contact page to learn more, or email us at needtoknow@ahsoresto.com.
Do you accomodate dietary restrictions? Allergies, gluten free, vegan, etc...."

Yes! Our food is prepared fresh and dishes are composed to order. Anything can be modified, and most of the menu is gluten-free by happenstance. There will always be vegetarian items on the menu, and most can be modified for a vegan diet. How big is the restaurant and how many seats will you have?

Our space is approximately 3,200 square feet. There are roughly 70 seats in the main dining room and 10 at the bar and a communal table for 8. Additionally there will be an 8-seat counter with a view of the kitchen, as well as a private room seating 12. Lastly we have a patio that can seat around 20, weather permitting.
Is there be outdoor dining available?

Yes! We have a patio with about 20 seats, weather permitting.
Is there an open kitchen?

The kitchen can be viewed from the dining room, but it is not a traditional 'open' kitchen. There is a dining counter with great views of the kitchen.

We offer Happy Hour Monday- Friday from 4:00pm - 6:00 at the bar and patio!
