In 1970, David Lett produced his first vintage at Eyrie Vineyards in McMinnville, Oregon, the start to the billion dollar wine industry in the Willamette Valley. Everyone told David he was crazy, and that grapes would never grow in the cool climes as far north as Oregon.... Willamette Valley wines now claim a spot on the world stage, most notably known for Pinot Noir, but also Riesling, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.

An Evening of Food & Music

Fork Mic Knife, feat. Paul Pfau

Music and food is a natural match in our world and the idea behind this event is to bring together these two arts to create a truly unique experience. Storytelling can come together in so many ways so why not pair food and song? 

We asked Paul Pfau (The Voice) to choose 6 of his songs and take us on a journey. Chef Jason Maddens and the Ahso Culinary team took the songs and weaved a multi-course dinner to pair with the musical storytelling.  This is an event not to be missed.
