Elevate your Ahso experience with a dinner personally prepared and presented by Chef Jason Maddens at our Chef's Counter. Dinners average 6 courses and INCLUDE beverage pairings hand-picked by Chef Jason. Plan on learning a little about how our ideas end up on the plate, and being the first to try things we are working on.
The Counter can seat up to 8 guests.
A 16-hr broth of roasted chicken and smoked pork with freshly made in house noodles! You can add cured/smoked pork belly, miso-rubbed pork shoulder, grilled tofu, roasted mushrooms....
Join us every Tuesday for some fun tacos , Vilma's famous pupas, and the best mags in town!
Don't forget to pair those tacos with some live music the 1st Tuesday of every month!
